Russel Pillemer - Director & Chief Executive OfficerRussel Pillemer is the founder and CEO of Pengana since its inception in 2003. He is a director of Rubicor Group Ltd and was previously Chairman of Centric Wealth Group Ltd which he co-founded in 2002. Russel worked in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs in New York where he specialised in providing advice to funds management businesses. Prior to that he was responsible for the leading the Australian Financial Institutions Group for Goldman Sachs in Sydney. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and has a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) from the University of New South Wales. |

Katrina Glendinning - Director & Chief Operating OfficerKatrina Glendinning has been a director and COO of Pengana since its inception in 2003. Katrina has over 17 years experience specialising in funds management operations. Prior to joining Pengana Katrina was an Executive Vice President of BT Funds Management where she held a number of roles from May 1993 until October 2002. These roles included Chief Operating Officer of BT Portfolio Services and Operations Manager BT Funds Management. Prior to BT Katrina worked for Price Waterhouse in Banking and Financial Services Audit. Katrina has a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Sydney, is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and has a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment (SIA). |

Nick Griffiths - Director & Chief Investment OfficerNick Griffiths is CIO of Pengana and has particular responsibility for manager selection, monitoring and risk management within Pengana’s Multi Manager and Alternative Asset businesses. Nick joined Pengana in 2003 and has 15 years experience in actuarial and investment consulting, manager research and risk management. He has worked for institutional investment firms in the UK and Australia and was most recently Head of Investment Research within Aon’s Investment Consulting Practice in Sydney. He managed the Australian based research team which actively encouraged a focus on alternative assets and hedge funds, and was the regional representative within Aon’s global investment group, the Global Research Unit. Nick graduated from the University of Durham, England, in 1992 with a Joint Honours degree in Law and Economics, qualified as an actuary in 1997 and completed the Chartered Financial Analyst Exams in 2002. |
